Sergio and Sarah and all the Master Home Renovators team are incredible! They did an amazing job on our bathroom and gave us an option for an open shower that we didn’t know was possible! Sarah kept in touch with us every step of the way! I also have to thank them for all their support for a seperate issue we had with our house - they came promptly to assist us and have followed up to ensure our issue was sorted! Truly great people to work with!
Sergio, Sarah and their team were amazing for our country cottage renovation! We live overseas, and couldn’t come back during the renovation period. The entire project was managed by them, and was extremely stress-free. We still can’t believe this extensive renovation, was completed without us even being in the country!! Pre-renovation, the cottage was suitable only for ‘glamping’, and now it is the most beautiful and comfortable home, well beyond our expectations. Serge was able to take our ideas and guide as with his vision too, which we feel created the best layout and design. We came in under our budget expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. Highly recommend the MASTER team, and we will be using them again when we need to kit out our living quarters in our shed!
We recently had our ensuite, separate bathroom and toilets, powder room, laundry and kitchens renovated in addition to replacing the dated carpet running throughout the entire ground floor to hybrid floorboards. Sergio, Sarah and the entire Master Renovators team have been amazing from the get go i.e. the process was seamless from the first measure and quote, product selection to the actual demolitions and works. The team is professional and respectful even though we were away for more than half of the 2-month long project (which was the expected completion timeframe), even our neighbours commented how impressed they were with the team. As usual, there will always be a couple of hiccups in the home renovations process but the communication with Sarah and Sergio has been stellar; they always act promptly to solve the issues. Our small home has now been refitted to a classic modern look while the functionality has improved by leaps and bounds thanks to Master Home Renovators. Thank you! We can't recommend Master Home Renovators highly enough.
Sarah & Sergio were wonderful to work with and we can’t recommend them enough. They were thoughtful, creative, and very encouraging as we figured out what to do in our renovation. The communication was clear and prompt, and they navigated any changes or hurdles easily and without making us feel like we were annoying! Even with many additions to the original project, they still delivered on time and were respectful of the space and the street. We love our new house, we are thrilled with the quality of the fittings, and are so grateful for their hard work to bring it together so quickly.
I would like to thank the team at Master Home Renovators for the wonderful renovation you all did on my parents bathroom and toilet, thank you. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who would like renovations done. I can not fault this amazing team for anything. Thank you again on such an amazing job.
Master Home Renovators remade our bathroom and ensuite. They were a pleasure to work with and made the whole process easy. The outcome has been better than we expected. They were committed to dealing with issues (because there is always something that does not go to plan) when they arise..
